Satan's Delusions and Lies - cont.
Matthew 24:20: "But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the Sabbath day: ..."
This refers to a Sabbath day in the winter and this day should be Saturday December 29, 2007.
Matthew 24:21-23: "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to
this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for
the elect's sake those days shall be shortened."
We believe the days shortened is 400. We will explain:
The Parable of the Fig Tree
Israel was only 19 years old when she put forth leaves (Matthew 24:32). During the Six Day War of 1967
Israel doubled their landmass. In the garden when Jesus was praying He said unto Peter, "could you not
watch with me one hour." (Matthew 26:40).
II Peter 3:8: "But beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years
and a thousand years as one day."
If you take a 1000 and divide it by 24, for the hours in the day, the answer is 41.666 or 41 years and 243 days,
for one hour of a thousand year day. However, God said He would shorten the days for the elect's sake. If you
shorten the time by 400 days you have 40 years and 208 days. This is the time for June 5, 1967, the start of
the Six Day War to January 1, 2008, the day of Jubilee or liberation for Christ has redeemed the people and
the earth back to God.
Acts 7:6: "And God spake on this wise, That his seed should sojourn in a strange land; and that they should
bring them into bondage, and entreat them evil four hundred years."
In Ezzekiel 4:6: "...I have appointed thee each day for a year."
This is why we believe the days shortened is 400 days.
I Kings 19:11-13: "...And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains and
brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake;
but the Lord was not in the fire and after the fire a still small voice. And it was so when Elijah heard it, that he
wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering of the cave..."
Satan will use anything he is allowed to use including the forces of nature: wind (hurricanes, tornados),
earthquakes, and fire (the nuclear bomb) to destroy man. God visited Israel June 5, 1967 (see covenant). His
next visitation is when Christ come to smite the army's of nations, and put down all authority on the earth.
(Revelation 19:15).
When the Parable of the Fig Tree started, we were to watch for His return. This is the reason Christ said
"watch" more than 30 times in the New Testament. Therefore, we would not be caught unaware.
Hosea 6:2: "After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight."
It has been two thousand years since Christ died for our sins on the cross. And six thousand years has past
since Adam's time, we are at the starting of a seventh thousand year (Sabbath) or thousand-year rest. He is
coming for His bride and the minutes are ticking away as we anxiously wait His return. We have given a time
of Christ's return according to the scriptures of God's Word. We believe you can see how important that the
teaching of the scripture be correct.
Isaiah 46:9: "Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else: I am God, and there is
none like me."
The former things of old, is the foundation of the Word of God that He gave us in His Commandments.
